Physical Therapy - Lisa West

Lisa West grew up in the Midwest and received her degree in physical therapy from Saint Louis University in 1995. Shortly thereafter, she began to practice yoga and since 2000 has been teaching yoga. Lisa's physical therapy career has been focused on orthopedic injuries with special interest and attention to the spine and chronic pain. She has spent most of her adult life exploring and learning many different ways to address physical, energetic and emotional pain. Lisa currently resides in Ventura and has satellite locations in Ventura and Ojai, California.
