You will explore meditation at the canvas by painting the energies of freedom, peace, abundance, spaciousness and expansion and also connect with your CHAKRAS to create divine feminine flow.

About your facilitator, Desiree East:
Local artist/designer, surfer, mama, and wife, Desiree East is a soulful entrepreneur and certified transformational life and creativity coach.
Desiree facilitates creative workshops and retreats focused on personal + professional development. She inspires her clients to create meaningful change in their lives through creative ritual, using art-making as a modality for creative wellness and deep transformation (no art experience required).
IMPORTANT:
Because we are painting in a yoga studio, Inner Soulstice Wellness kindly requests to remove your footwear before entering the studio.
Please be prepared to wear clean and clothing and socks. (We gently request that you do not come directly from a heavy workout, surfing/hiking to attend classes at ISW which may require the use of blankets and bolsters that will touch the
body).
No food or beverages in the studio except for water and very light snacks (fruit, nuts, etc.).
No painting experience necessary. Seasoned artists welcomed.

FAQs
What can I bring into the event?
All art supplies, including aprons will be available for use. Please wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting paint on. If you have a personal journal or sketchbook you'd like to bring for notes, ideas, or reflections, please do.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds up to 30 days before the event.
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, we have the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
In the event that you cannot make the event, you may transfer the ticket to another participant.
