Closure

We've been made aware of the insensitive treatment you received from one of our team members.

We wanted to reach out to you to let you know that our company and Dr. K absolutely do not condone or tolerate this behavior. It is out of line with the ethics and values of Dr. K, the K Institute and our affiliate companies. Please be assured that disciplinary action has been taken. We feel that it is important to address these matters firmly, especially in light of current events which highlight the need for inclusivity and compassion.
